Engineer Roberto Kobeh González

He was born on October 18, 1943 in Huixtla, Chiapas, Mexico.

He is an engineer in Communications and Electronics from the National Polytechnic Institute where he graduated in 1965 and was a professor of Aeronautical Electronics between 1972 and 1975.

He also studied at the Federal Aviation Administration Academy of Oklahoma, United States of America and at the National Productivity Center of Mexico.

He has taken several courses on administration, planning, quality assurance and leadership.
